Café Sol The island's original Mexican restaurant and bar, owned and operated by an American and Irish husband and wife team. This lively Margarita Bar and Grill bursts to life 7 days a week, as visitors and locals alike feast from an extensive "Tex-Mex" menu and enjoy pulsating Latin sounds in a cosy and casual atmosphere. There's indoor, as well as outdoor seating where you can sit and watch the world go by on the busiest street corner in "The Gap". Margaritas are a specialty - 15 fruity flavours on offer - and for the very brave, they are available by the pitcher! They have 2 happy hours daily, from 6-7pm and 10-11pm! The extensive menu boasts a wide variety of Mexican dishes - from cheese nachos to sirloin steak soft tacos, all at very affordable prices. Also available is a "Gringo" menu for the less adventurous, featuring char- grilled chicken, BBQ Burgers and more.
